James H's car plunged over an 80-foot cliff in freezing February temperatures. He suffered a broken neck and back, separated shoulders, punctured stomach and spleen, and lost an ear. After freeing himself, he walked six miles for help, reaching a farmhouse at 7am. In the ambulance, he stopped breathing with no desire to breathe. His spirit floated through what looked like heavy snowfall with large flakes of light gently falling. He floated toward a warm, soft light with certain knowledge that reaching it would make him whole. Just as he reached the light, a force repelled him away. He awakened to EMTs performing chest compressions and forcing a tube down his throat. The EMT said "He's back." He experienced incredible peace, heightened consciousness, and understanding of the universe. Interestingly, he reports previous experiences at age 5-6 with high fever where he visited a "valley of the dead" and spoke with deceased relatives.
