Analisa, age 22, suffered from severe PTSD from childhood abuse. She went seven nights without sleep due to trauma-related insomnia, stopped eating and drinking, and her body went into shock. Doctors told her mother she might not survive. She had two distinct NDEs. First experience: Surrounded by bright golden-yellow light, pulled toward the light with indescribable peace and love, heart felt alive with flowing water sensation, pure ecstasy, all knowledge poured through her, all questions answered. A nurse screaming brought her back - she could see from ceiling corner. After returning, she could sense people's thoughts and see their emotional pain, including her grandmother's guilt over past abortion. Second experience: Absolute blackness and void, beings that had been waiting pulled her to place of desperation - the ABSENCE OF GOD. Beings told her family was doomed to void and it would be her fault. Pure terror and torture. The negative effects lasted 3 years, positive effects emerged after year 4. She now understands the first NDE reflected her readiness for peaceful death while the second reflected her deepest fears playing out.
