On February 21, 2005, Arifur was in a car accident during a snowstorm while traveling to a cemetery with his girlfriend's father, Jason. The car flipped and both were ejected through the windshield. Arifur was declared dead for seven minutes. During this time, he experienced passing through a dark tunnel with fire surrounding it, then emerging into a universe filled with bright light that felt warm and peaceful.
He encountered a bright human-shaped light that identified itself as God, along with prophets from various religious traditions including Christianity, Islam, and Judaism. God expressed loneliness and sadness that humans deny His existence despite creating prophets to explain Him. God told Arifur he was chosen because he shared similar feelings of loneliness and being unnoticed. Arifur was then shown four bright Earth-shaped worlds surrounded by intense light. In a remarkable vision, Arifur found himself on a plane with his deceased childhood friend Kelvin and girlfriend Valerie, both of whom had died in previous accidents. As the plane began crashing, Kelvin told him to believe in God and that His existence is real, while Valerie encouraged him to move on and said he would meet someone who shares his pain. Upon returning, doctors were shocked at his revival. Jason, who was also in the accident, did not survive. --- Biblical Summary --- Biblical elements: The experience contains numerous elements consistent with biblical accounts.
