Alice S, age 18, experienced an NDE during a severe car accident in May 1959 where the vehicle rolled six times, leaving her with a fractured and dislocated neck. After being ejected from the car, she encountered a female being who pulled her out - someone she recognized as herself in another form. They observed her body below with her neck at a fatal angle, confirming she had died. The being, later identified as her Aunt Alice who had died at age 18 on the same date 30 years earlier, communicated through glass wind chime-like sounds. She revealed that Alice and her sisters were together again in this life with different names, that although it was planned for Alice to leave at this time, plans had changed because she would have children - particularly an important son - and would do something special as an old woman. Alice experienced overwhelming love, joy, and understanding while enveloped in incredible light. Despite not wanting to return, she was sent back, re-entering her body through the car ceiling. She then crawled up a hill with injuries to get help. Following the NDE, she broke off her engagement, became a nurse, developed psychic abilities, and eventually became a Spiritualist minister.
