Shukri experienced an electric shock while working on January 30, 2004. He lost consciousness and felt trembling sensations. After one to two hours, he regained consciousness.

He sensed presences around him, though he could not see distinct beings. He heard an unidentifiable voice and felt surrounded by a mystical light.
