On May 20, 2006, 17-year-old experienced severe anaphylactic reaction to nuts at friend's gathering. Within 30 seconds mouth swelled shut, followed by complete facial swelling preventing vision. Body broke out in hives as throat progressively closed. Located 25 minutes from hospital with no EpiPen available.
