In 1994, David, a homeless heroin addict in Philadelphia, overdosed in a Dunkin Donuts bathroom at 3 AM. His friends saw him and their jaws dropped as he collapsed. He was immediately transported to another plane of light, first white then bright purple. He traveled as waves of light energy alongside other guiding spirits who welcomed him with overwhelming love like a mother would. He felt a connection with them that had no origin.
The spirits told him about a source energy that all spirits must pass through where one's true spirit is revealed. Despite being homeless and having committed crimes to support his addiction, the spirits showed him moments of kindness from his life that reflected his true nature.
