Brian, age 10 and profoundly deaf from birth, drowned at Comal River in Texas during extreme heat when thousands of people overwhelmed the area. He slipped on algae while crossing a small dam and got caught in an undertow. Unable to determine direction, he panicked, screamed underwater, and blacked out. Electrical jolts ran from his feet to his head, followed by his life flashing year by year, beginning with seeing his mother's face at birth and realizing her love for him. He flew through a light tunnel at light-speed, seeing the universe through the tunnel's transparency (like the movie Contact). At the boundary, he experienced complete freedom from earthly bondage and laws, while universal knowledge drew into him. About twenty ancestors communicated with him telepathically - remarkable since he was born deaf. His grandmother expressed surprise at his early arrival. A Guardian Angel he recognized from his birth firmly asked what he was doing there, scanned him to see he drowned, and declared "Your time is not up. You have unfinished business." The angel pushed him back at incredible speed. He returned to his body still underwater, heard a voice saying "Stand straight firmly," felt a large hand pull him from the current, and expelled massive amounts of water. He kept the experience secret for 21 years until age 31, when his family learned of it.
