Brian was riding his Harley home when the drive belt broke. He was immediately attacked by six Hispanic males, one with a baseball bat. During the assault, he was stabbed and hit in the head with the bat, losing consciousness. He found himself on a beach in Panama where he used to snorkel during his Army service. The trees looked ancient, over 1000 years old. A 12-13 year old girl in blue shorts and white shirt with bright green eyes smiled at him. She identified herself as his guardian angel and told him he was in Heaven - his version of it. She said he was dead but couldn't stay, that he had much to do. He could hear deceased people talking in the jungle, including a high school friend who died in a car wreck and his older brother he never met. When it turned to night, she said it was time to return. He awoke in the emergency room having been stabbed 27 times with his neck slit, thrown in a dumpster for 9 hours until found by a woman walking her dog. The medical staff couldn't understand how he survived without bleeding to death.
