Eleven-year-old Talia was struck by a car in 1983, suffering severe head injuries that resulted in a 12-day coma. Doctors initially said she might not walk or talk again. During the experience, she found herself in a vast dark space, nearly jet blue in color, as pure consciousness without a body. A comforting light was directly behind her, providing warm familiarity.
She observed tear-shaped or comet-like spirits in mostly blue colors traveling across her vision to unknown destinations. A question came to her in pure clarity asking if she would like to stay or go. She felt glad about returning to "that home" she knew well in that state, but decided to honor the knowing that she had more to accomplish. The decision ended the experience. Upon awakening from the coma, she remained strongly connected to the spiritual energy, greeting everyone with love and joy.
