Teri was walking underneath a building under construction when a steel pole slipped from workers on the second floor and struck her on the head, knocking her unconscious. Witnesses reported her head slammed hard into the pavement as well. As her vision faded to black, she encountered disturbing imagery that contrasted sharply with typical NDE reports.
