Mike W, age 15, had a severe bicycle accident in December 1977, losing control on loose gravel and smashing face-first into a concrete curb. He lay unconscious in a pool of blood and was rushed to the hospital where he remained in a coma for 5 days. The attending lady could not feel a pulse initially.

During his coma, Mike found himself standing on a gently sloping, windswept hill with someone dressed in brilliant white beside him - possibly an angel or Jesus. They walked together toward a brilliant white light shining over the hill's crest. Mike experienced a comprehensive life review seeing past, present and future events in three-dimensional detail. He saw himself at age 15 and judged himself while the being in white did not judge him.

In a remarkable future vision, Mike saw himself standing on a stage speaking the Gospel message to many people, with hands being raised to accept Jesus Christ. This vision manifested exactly 14 years later in Madras, India, when he stood on an oxen cart sharing the Gospel and 30-40 Indians accepted Christ - the scene matched his NDE vision precisely.

At the hill's top, Mike saw a sparkling crystalline city in the distance and was given a choice: enter heaven permanently or return to his body. Though torn, he chose to return after sensing God had a plan for his life and seeing his family crying and praying. He was told he would not remember everything he had seen. Mike came out of the coma humming "To God be the Glory" and later discovered he had been reciting information he never learned, like US states. Additionally, he reported floating at ceiling height in the ICU, seeing two bodies including a burn victim.

--- Biblical Summary ---
Biblical elements: The experience contains numerous biblical elements including an encounter with a being in white (consistent with angelic or Christ-like appearances), brilliant divine light, a heavenly city matching Revelation's description, life review with self-judgment, prophetic vision of evangelistic ministry, and the choice between heaven and earthly mission. The evangelistic vision that came true demonstrates biblical prophetic gifting.

Unbiblical elements: None identified. The experience aligns well with biblical accounts of heaven, angelic encounters, and divine commissioning for ministry.
