Twenty-three-year-old Graciela H experienced clinical death during a cesarean section surgery. After anesthesia was administered, she became aware of the surgery room appearing dark while observing her doctor applying Betadine and performing the procedure. She saw her father watching the surgery, though he was actually in Panama at the time, eight hours away. She observed herself in a sitting position while her body remained on the table, and watched as medical staff performed CPR before gradually leaving the room.
After her doctor left, she felt elevated by a strange force through the surgery room ceiling. Passing through brought her to another realm with bright clouds and light filling her with energy and happiness. Her spiritual body appeared as white glowing gas with silver and pearl glow, wearing a dress of light, with a voice like a teenager. A being of overwhelming light with wings approached, whose brightness forced her to her knees. The being communicated telepathically that she was sent there by mistake and needed to return to accomplish many things and help several people. Despite her resistance and desire to go "home" through a tunnel she saw, the being held her with overwhelming love before forcefully sending her back. She re-entered her body through her feet and awakened in the morgue on a metal table with ice on her eyelashes, unable to move or speak. Through repeated blinking, she caught a nurse's attention who initially dismissed it but returned with others. Doctors confirmed she had been mistakenly sent to the morgue. The experience resulted in lasting effects including annual visions of the surgery events, precognitive visions of major events, a guiding male voice, and the ability to sense when hospital patients need urgent help.
