Guy S experienced a severe asthma attack after going to bed around 1:00 AM, feeling asthmatic symptoms that quickly escalated into a life-threatening event. During this crisis, he had an out-of-body experience where he saw himself sitting cross-legged in the air above his body, smiling and laughing down at himself. He then found himself shooting down a tunnel with brilliant white light and golden mesh-like squares all around, moving at great speed while knowing he wouldn't crash into anything.
At the end of the tunnel, he encountered a bright light with a slightly darker circle and the presence of Jesus Christ, experiencing overwhelming love and beauty. A voice asked him whether he wanted to finish his task on earth or not, explaining that his task was to learn about all aspects of love. Despite the attraction of the light and energy, he chose to return to earth. He rapidly returned to his body, waking up to a full-blown asthma attack covered in sweat and struggling to breathe, but the attack subsided within minutes.
