Ken Chinn from Texas was on the brink of death from COVID with pneumonia, almost unable to breathe. He refused a ventilator and was sent to a solitary hospital room with an oxygen mask, left alone with almost no hope of survival. After spending nearly all night in intense agony and deep prayer, begging God to let him see his daughter grow up, his condition worsened until breathing became almost impossible. At the point of near-death, he suddenly saw a bright, glowing white frosted light covering his arms and body. The light had moving particles and covered all his arms and body for about 30 minutes. He recognized this as a supernatural experience of God manifesting himself, providing love, peace, and tranquility. The light was not like regular light but had moving particles throughout. Later, around 3:30-4:00 AM, while still wrestling and groaning in prayer, he heard the Spirit of the Lord speak three times: You shall live and declare the glory of God. Each repetition came with more conviction. This was a rhema word - a specific word from God for his exact situation. He repeated this phrase thousands of times until dawn. The experience transformed his understanding that God had not forsaken him even on his deathbed.
