T.S. Dismas, a US Army veteran, suffered cardiopulmonary arrest during surgery and was clinically dead for over ten minutes. Before dying, he knew the end was near and told God he was ready. Upon death, he felt intense but brief pain, immediately replaced with immense peace and love flooding his soul. He found himself in a dark tunnel with love emanating all around him. He saw the Light, beautiful and radiating love, brighter than the sun yet not hurting his eyes. He knew it was God or emanated directly from God, radiating the purest love. The light invited him to come in, which he eagerly accepted. Walking through the cloud of light, he asked to see Jesus. The Light opened up into a huge room full of beautiful light and sparkles, with gorgeous beings and Jesus in the middle, bright as the surrounding light. During his extensive life review with Jesus, he reviewed every memory from his life - everything good, bad, or left undone. Jesus taught him why his actions were wrong, looking at him with love and kindness throughout, showing how wrongdoing affects others through ripple effects. Jesus emphasized three main teachings: communion through prayer/meditation, embracing suffering joyfully, and sharing God's love with others. T.S. Dismas returned profoundly transformed, now working for a nonprofit helping the homeless instead of government work.
