Neev Spring experienced an NDE following a violent collision during a baseball game. He was struck in the chest and head, losing consciousness. During his NDE, he underwent an extensive life review where he relived experiences from his childhood, particularly an incident where he pushed his younger brother down a hill in a shopping cart on Yom Kippur, causing injury. In the life review, he not only saw the events but felt the emotions of everyone involved - his brother's initial excitement turning to panic, his mother's anger and confusion, the disruption to the congregation, and the concerns of multiple witnesses. He experienced both his eight-year-old perspective and his adult understanding simultaneously. The experience taught him about the interconnectedness of all people and how every action affects others. He emerged from the NDE with enhanced empathic abilities and a complete transformation of his personality, becoming more compassionate and understanding. He stated that the life review was the ultimate teaching tool that could change the world if everyone could experience one.
