Charles M, a police officer, suffered four brain aneurysms with associated stroke while working out at Gold's Gym in Georgia on June 5, 2003. After experiencing excruciating head pain, he collapsed and coded in the ambulance. Upon leaving his body, he floated near the ambulance ceiling watching paramedics frantically resuscitate him. Two frightening angels, 9-10 feet tall, then escorted him through space to heaven. There he encountered God/Jesus emerging from a room, wearing a translucent robe with gold belt, having the face of a lion. The streets appeared to be gold but were obscured by mist. God communicated telepathically not to be afraid. Charles felt sorry for God perceiving Him as lonely since he saw no one else there besides angels. God gestured for him to return to earth and his body. Upon revival, the paramedic confirmed he had coded and arranged helicopter transport to a brain injury facility. The experience eliminated his fear of death and strengthened his faith. He now suffers from mild seizures but knows with certainty where he will spend eternity.
