Ten-year-old Clara was rushed to the hospital with extreme pain in her lower right side, likely appendicitis. While fighting the ether mask during surgery, she suddenly fell down a dark hole with loud buzzing, ringing, and metal scraping sounds. She then found herself up by the ceiling looking down on her body, feeling spread out over the room like vapor or a cloud. From this perspective, she observed the medical team working on her.
Clara witnessed the doctor having a square green machine wheeled into the operating room by a nurse, which was then used during her surgery. She watched multiple nurses present and the specific procedures being performed. After leaving the operating area, she found herself in a room with large heavy doors, where an unseen guide led her through a tunnel-like space. She heard sounds like a city-sized playground full of laughing children, which calmed her. Another being determined she had to return as they weren't ready for her yet. She was led to a large building where she encountered a figure she believes was Jesus Christ, dressed in a white floor-length robe with a gold band, sandals, shoulder-length dark brown hair, olive skin, and eyes "like liquid love." They communicated telepathically, and he showed her visions of her future life purpose through something like a TV screen, telling her she would forget her mission upon waking but that "nothing can happen before its time." Upon revival, Clara told the doctor about the square green machine she had observed, leaving him speechless and unable to respond to her accurate description of equipment used during her surgery.
