Anthony M was killed in a motorcycle accident on May 29, 2002, when hit head-on by a car. He flew 76 feet, landed on his head without a helmet, suffered a caved-in skull, broken neck, and broken back in two places. He was clinically dead for 33 minutes before being revived at Maine Medical Center, where top neurosurgeons from Boston happened to be present.
