Teri R. experienced an auto accident that nearly took her life, with her primary memory being the sensation of being pulled into a vacuum that seemed like a tunnel. Lights flew by as if she were traveling, yet it felt like a vacuum simultaneously. She emerged from the tunnel into an indescribable place of peace and tranquility.
She encountered the most beautiful Being of White Light she had ever seen. She knew this being took on a familiar image so she could relate comfortably, appearing as an older man with long gray hair and beard, but his true essence was Light and Love. He loved her unconditionally, and in his presence she felt "home" in a sense never known before. She understood her true essence was the energy of love, but saw how anger had removed her from love's benefits and bliss. She learned how important it is to project feelings of love because others either benefit from or are negatively affected by our energy. Teri came to understand that heaven isn't a place you enter but a frequency you attain. Being in the White Light's presence was heaven - the greatest feeling possible. The feeling and energy experienced became "the place." She realized we take ourselves wherever we go, and consciousness must change to experience higher frequencies of love, peace, joy, and bliss. She begged to return to become more loving, knowing her consciousness didn't yet mesh with the unconditional love she was experiencing. After working through childhood anger issues, Teri developed the ability to feel love for everyone regardless of their actions. Her goal became feeling nothing but unconditional love all the time, though it still requires work to shift her frequency to love.
