Michaele S. was driving home from the dentist when she crossed a railroad track and plowed into a passing train. She reached protectively for her nine-year-old daughter while simultaneously slamming face-first into the steering wheel. Her daughter received only a few stitches, but Michaele literally bit the steering wheel, breaking off many teeth and suffering a severe brain injury from the impact. She stayed conscious long enough to see her daughter was okay, then blacked out.
Suddenly she was outside the car standing next to a being of light while the train was still passing but everything was silent. The being had the suggestion of a body and face, seemed masculine, and was beautiful. They communicated through whole thought exchanges with complete understanding. She was told she had a choice to live or go on to the "next thing." She was shown the distilled essence of her life with no judgment about her choice either way. Looking through the windshield at her daughter sobbing, she decided to return to this lifetime already in place with this other soul. The being then took her through a vastness to what was identified as Love itself. Love was described as always streaming toward her, never diminishing, always loving, with the message "This will heal you." She saw Love as boundless yet contained, all colors and no color, tangible dense mysterious light, everything and nothing, a presence but not personality. She felt joyous in the most peaceful, grounded way. She was told not to swallow blood but to spit it out. Her thirst was quenched without drinking when Jesus looked at her while she tried to drink from a stream. Michaele maintained heightened awareness for several days after returning. Thirty-six years later, the intensity of the experience has never dimmed. She learned that Love flows and all we must do is receive it.
