Jim Woodford, a successful airline pilot and businessman, experienced clinical death from an accidental overdose in April 2014. After taking excessive medication in his truck, his body shut down and he was pronounced dead for 11 hours. During this time, Jim had an out-of-body experience where he witnessed his own body, traveled through a tunnel of light, and encountered both hell and heaven. In hell, he saw a terrifying creature emanating pure hatred and heard screaming souls. After crying out "God, help me," three angels rescued him and took him to heaven. There he witnessed magnificent horses whose light could be touched, saw buildings including a nursery for lost children, and ultimately encountered Jesus Christ who knew him by name. Jesus told him "This is not yet your time. Go back and tell your brothers and sisters of the wonders we have shown you." Jim observed specific details including the violet eyes of angels, streets of gold, and the overwhelming unconditional love permeating everything. Upon returning to life after 11 hours, medical staff were shocked at his revival. Jim was completely transformed, dedicating his life to sharing his experience and helping others know God's love.
