Mike Crotts of Conyers, Georgia, was a real estate millionaire running for state senate in 1991 when he collapsed on the sidewalk outside his press secretary's office. Medics and a nurse immediately began treatment as he had suffered a cardiac event. He was taken to the hospital and revived but died five days later. The death transition was as easy as walking through a door from one room to another, with no pain whatsoever.
His spirit crossed into another dimension while his body lay on the sidewalk. He found himself in the most beautiful, magnificent garden with indescribable colors and clarity. Waters flowed in rippling brooks through adjoining gardens and were crystal clear. The colors of flowers, grass, trees, and blue skies were more vivid than any he had ever seen. The place was breathtaking. On the horizon were hills and mountains that radiated with an almost blinding light behind them, like a sunrise, drawing him there. As he floated through the meadow, there was an overwhelming God-consciousness that enveloped his being. He sat down by a brook in this beautiful garden to talk with God, his Father and Creator, in the cool of the day, just as Adam had done, and it changed his life. He came back to life after his wife commanded him to return in the name of Jesus. However, he did not travel through space and learned he had not gone to heaven but to the Garden of Eden, likely another name for Paradise. According to Jewish tradition, there is both an earthly and heavenly Garden of Eden.
