Bicycle accident on Friday the 13th in department 13 at milestone 13. Hit twice by truck, suffering head trauma and vertebral fracture. First impact to back of head, lost balance and fell. Second impact to spine, felt nervous system failing. Initially fell into waterhole feet first, then decided to take path toward death with light at end. Reviewed life and family, particularly five-year-old son appearing as smiling angel. Wanted to climb up but could not. An unseen hand grabbed her, no face visible, helped turn head upward toward life. Climbed up and returned. Experience included tunnel, darkness transitioning to light, life review, vision of future, strong emotions, sense of understanding everything about universe, and encounter with helping presence.
