The experiencer was drinking and smoking with biker friends at a bar when he suddenly felt weak and started sweating profusely. He went outside for air, sat on a motorcycle, and collapsed onto the dirt. He experienced a mild heart attack that initiated his near-death experience.
During the experience, he found himself looking down at his own body lying helpless on the ground. He was pulled into complete darkness that frightened him intensely. Then his deceased brother "Dog" called to him from above and lifted him out of the dark hole. They embraced, and the experiencer found himself able to see the entirety of existence - planets, suns, and the whole universe. He felt safe, loved, and free from fear. His brother communicated telepathically that nobody ever dies, they just change form. When told he had to return, the experiencer resisted, saying his life was difficult and he wanted to stay. His brother explained it was God's will and he had unfinished work to do. Three-dimensional images of his children appeared, emphasizing his responsibilities. The experiencer observed several veridical elements during his NDE. He accurately described looking down at his body from above while it lay on the dirt. He reported details about his physical condition that were later confirmed, including having wet himself during the event. Medical tests at a walk-in clinic the next day confirmed he had suffered a mild heart attack, though cardiac imaging found no specific damage area. After returning to his body, the experiencer underwent profound life changes. He developed psychic abilities, being able to perceive people's thoughts and feelings with complete accuracy. He quit drinking and smoking, forgave his ex-wife completely, and became deeply involved with his family. He reports feeling God's presence within him and receiving divine guidance when needed.
