Malek from Algeria was hit by a car traveling 80 km/h during a sandstorm in 2002 while working at a Sahara hotel. The impact threw him several meters, causing fractures to his right hand, double fracture in right leg, and multiple rib fractures. While being transported to the hospital, he experienced an altered state where a young girl appeared, keeping him conscious and later guiding him through otherworldly experiences. He floated above his body in the operating room, observing medical procedures and hearing staff discuss anesthesia not taking effect. The girl led him to another realm where he encountered Jesus Christ, Prophet Mohammed, Shiva, and a female deity. These beings placed hands on his chest, granting him "grace" and stopping his bleeding. Mohammed showed him scenes from his life including painful memories. He witnessed a cosmic display of civilizations and their technologies, experiencing universal knowledge. After 24 hours in deep coma, he awoke with lasting changes including heightened sensitivity, ability to perceive other dimensions, and frequent visits from the deceased. The recovery took six months, leaving deep physical and psychological scars.
