A person experienced an NDE in a hospital setting, traveling through a tunnel with colorful lights at lightning speed before stopping near the end. They felt overwhelming calmness and encountered an entity appearing as a nebulous circle, which they sensed as their maternal grandmother. This entity conveyed love, acceptance, and deep connection without words, telling them "It's not your time." They returned abruptly to find themselves in a hospital bed with arms strapped to railings. A nurse informed them they had died for just over a minute and had been so combative upon resuscitation that restraints were necessary. The experiencer has no memory of the combative behavior. Following this NDE, they had several other paranormal experiences over the years, including visitations from a "Tall Woman" in dreams who warned of life changes and later messages about loved ones' health. These subsequent experiences included accurate premonitions about their father's death and a friend's dream warning about colorectal cancer that proved correct.
