A young woman with documented bradycardia and Mobitz type 1 arrhythmia had been monitored showing her heart pausing 4 times during sleep at 36 bpm. She declined pacemaker treatment initially. During a fever while taking aspirin for the first time (being hypersensitive to medications), her heart slowed to a complete stop during sleep. Duration unknown but she experienced vastly expanded time perception. She began "going/traveling" and encountered God's light - not just visual but absorbed through her whole being with new depth of feeling. She experienced this as the cure for all suffering, understanding love's true meaning beyond human practice of restricted love.
In God's presence, she understood that no one is left uncared for, that it's humanity's responsibility to love without restriction or hesitation. She recognized God as being in everything, even the smallest grain of sand. When she wanted to stay and go further, she was "completely shut out" with the message she couldn't come there yet. Upon waking, the room looked different - everything appeared as "just" what it was. She retained God's love for several weeks afterward, loving everybody without separation, feeling patient, without jealousy or anger. She smiled constantly, aware that people don't realize they don't truly die. The experience transformed her understanding but became harder to recall visually over time.
