On April 22, 2015, a woman from Mumbai underwent wrist surgery to release a tendon. In the operating theatre, she had a severe allergic reaction to Emeset (ondansetron) injection, experiencing anaphylaxis with hives and burning sensations. Despite being given steroids to control the reaction, she went unconscious during surgery. During her NDE, she moved through a black hole and felt warm, tiny like a baby inside a womb. She saw flowing soft cloths in red, orange, and yellow colors that seemed never-ending. As she moved upward through these drapes, she experienced pure love without temptation, jealousy, or conditions - love so pure she couldn't express it in words. She felt completely detached from her earthly life, not thinking of family, husband, or baby.
She was drawn only to this supreme love and kept moving upward toward what felt like a finish line. Suddenly she began slipping down, unable to hold the soft, slippery fabrics. Something communicated through feelings rather than words, telling her to go back as it wasn't her time yet, conveying that death is beautiful and shouldn't be dreaded. Upon regaining consciousness, she kept shouting to be taken back up. After surgery, she cried and felt sad about returning, constantly thinking about the love she experienced. She no longer fears death, feels more gratitude toward life, and reports being changed since the experience.
