A medical doctor ill with chest pain, fever, and night sweats for a week continued working while wearing a mask. After finishing rounds, imaging showed a suspicious lung nodule and she was Medi-flighted to CVICU with suspected dissecting aortic aneurysm. Though multiple echocardiograms didn't confirm the aneurysm, she was prepped for cardiac surgery. En route to an MRA/MRI in a wheelchair, she lost vision and hearing, with the nurse catching her by hair and gown as she fell. She experienced being in a vast endless space filled with brilliant white light with panoramic/spherical perception. She spent what felt like weeks or months with 12-25 beings she felt she'd known forever, having her earthly experiences "downloaded" and experiencing a great reunion. After consensus to return to unfinished life, the beings appeared as brilliant jewel-bright points of scintillating light - only emerald green and deep purple. She then hovered as consciousness observing a suffering face with green eyes and oxygen mask, feeling compassion before being sucked back into the body. She heard staff yelling orders, was drenched in sweat with seizure activity, and angrily asked why they brought her back from that beautiful place. The nurse confirmed brief cardiac arrest with systolic BP of 30, and the total arrest time was at least 5 minutes.
