The subject underwent traumatic surgeries that were lengthy. During surgery, they moved out of their body and saw themselves before floating in a tunnel made of white light. Moving through the tunnel felt slow initially but accelerated to an incredible pace, during which memories seemed to be left behind. The experience ended suddenly in an open space where they had no memories but felt very quiet. They sensed the presence of two beings beside them but couldn't see their faces - they appeared as bodies without faces. Together with these souls, they moved unguided in a direction until finding themselves before a large being. This being appeared very old but with young skin untouched by time, looking wise, knowledgeable, confident, polite, and peaceful. He wore shiny white satin cloth with long white hair and a silky white beard about two to three feet long. The environment was utterly peaceful with no bonds, feelings, emotions, or physical sensations - just total submission. They sat approximately five meters from this being who was positioned above them at an angle. Someone telepathically informed the being of their presence. The being pointed and said "You...you go back," meant for two of them. When the subject tried to stay, the being repeated "You do not belong here, go back" while pointing. They were instantaneously back in their body and felt two electrical shocks in succession - the surgeons attempting resuscitation. The experience left them with the certainty of having been in a divine presence and the knowledge that their time had not yet come.
