On February 8, 2011, a man died four times during a heart attack and cardiac catheterization procedure. After experiencing warning signs, he reluctantly visited a cardiologist who detected problems during a stress test. His heart attack struck during the treadmill test, causing his blood pressure to drop to 60/40. In the operating room for emergency cardiac catheterization, he died and revived four times. The first time, he experienced a dark swirling tunnel with light flashes, fearing he was going to hell. The second time, the tunnel was brighter with more light flashes, and he could see bright blue sky at the exit before returning. The third time, he emerged from the tunnel onto a large rock cliff overlooking a magnificent heavenly mountain river valley in autumn with vibrant colors. He heard a voice saying "Fall forward and come to me" but returned to his body again. The fourth time, he was immediately back on the cliff, observing crystal clear water with large fish, birds that nodded at him, and deer grazing. An old truck crossed a steel arch bridge with wooden planks. His attention was drawn to a bright white light on the riverbank. Following the command to fall forward, he flew through the air toward the light, passing through thorn bushes without pain. He met a personage in pure white with long white hair and flowing beard, surrounded by a white aura. This being knew him by name, conducted a life review showing mistakes and good deeds, then informed him his earthly task wasn't complete. He received detailed instructions, some sealed in his mind for future release. The doctor later confirmed he died four times, stating the lower coronary artery was 100% blocked. The doctor reported feeling someone tell him to "keep working we are sending him back" during the final resuscitation attempt.
