The subject had an NDE at age 5 during tonsil surgery and struggled with complex PTSD and suicidal ideation throughout life. In December 2020, she contracted COVID-19 and secretly hoped it would kill her due to depression and feeling unneeded. With existing COPD and after fighting bronchitis, she declined hospitalization. On day three, her temperature dropped to 95°F, oxygen to 70s, and blood pressure critically low. Her dogs climbed on her for warmth as she surrendered to death. Her consciousness escaped like water vapor, and she saw the COVID virus inside the body, feeling instant compassion for it as a living thing fighting for survival. She felt understood and forgiven by the Creator, who taught her that to receive forgiveness, she must forgive everyone else by "letting go of the debt." She experienced perfect unity and joy with Source. When asked to stay, she was shown how her death would crush her mother's heart (recently widowed), causing her to choose return. She experienced multiple cycles of dying and returning, each time shown another person's grief. The next day she was determined to live. The experience ended her lifelong suicidal obsession and gave her permanent ability to maintain total forgiveness.
