The subject attempted suicide using carbon monoxide after struggling with complex PTSD and suicidal ideation most of her life. The process took two agonizing hours. She lost consciousness and began moving through yellow-orange layers that progressively darkened into swirling black darkness with greenish-yellow reflections. A vivid form of her body, appearing older, manifested and vanished. She found herself traveling through a tunnel without visible light at the end but knew she would reach it. She became aware she was no longer in a body, with light emanating from herself. She saw her body in a hospital bed with breathing tube from a bird's eye view, with her mother and boyfriend present. She felt understood and forgiven by the Creator, who taught her to forgive others by "letting go of the debt." She experienced perfect unity and acceptance. When shown how her death would impact her mother's already grieving heart, she chose to return. Her heart had stopped in the ambulance requiring resuscitation. She experienced multiple cycles of leaving and returning. She confirmed with her boyfriend that the hospital scene she witnessed actually occurred. The experience ended her lifelong suicidal obsession and gave her the ability to maintain total forgiveness.
