In August 1982, while vacationing in Acapulco, Mexico, the experiencer suffered a catastrophic accident running through a glass sliding door. The glass shattered with her forehead impact, and as she fell to her knees, the upper part of the door slid down like a guillotine, causing a fatal wound to her aorta. Blood pumped from her aorta as she stood and ran in terror calling for her father, who made a tourniquet around her neck wound and held her arms to stop bleeding from major vein cuts. She rapidly moved from terror to profound peace upon accepting her death, telling her father "Dad, I'm going to die."
She felt outside her body, levitating at roof level, completely calm with no emotional upheaval. From above, she observed her father holding her with intense fear in his eyes, her mother running for help, and her grandmother and sisters arriving. She saw Dr. Jesus arrive and observed the same fear in his eyes upon seeing her neck wound, hearing him say "All hospitals in Acapulco are on strike now so let's get moving quickly. Hopefully we can still bring her back." She witnessed his extraordinary strength as he prepared for resuscitation and surgery in the hotel room. Her body appeared to be made of shapeless energy with bright indigo-bluish light in an irregular circular form. During the experience, she was pulled into a dark tunnel with a brilliant white light approaching. Many beings of light welcomed her saying "Welcome back," radiating love. She met with the Madonna and experienced Christ's presence as an indescribable majestic light. They reviewed her life and discussed her mission, telling her two boys would be born to her - one with an ancient king's name and another with Jesus in his name for a special mission. She was told she was one of the divine's "flesh ropes" whose words would heal thousands. The Madonna released her saying "Go my child, go." She returned with a jerk-like sensation, feeling tremendous pain in her wounds and the resuscitation attempts on her chest. As she strained to fill her collapsed lungs, the doctor continued stitching her wounds while she remained in mesmerizing contemplation of her profound experience.
