The experiencer found themselves looking down at their unconscious body in a hospital bed surrounded by concerned medical staff. They left the room through ceiling cracks and entered a small vehicle the size of a matchbox filled with white light, becoming one with the box, driver, and light. Stopping in darkness, they entered through a large door into an endless room filled with transparent human beings who were anxiously waiting for something or someone.
Upon entering, all eyes turned to them, but realizing it was only "little me," the beings returned to their anxious conversations in incomprehensible words. A lady with a halo approached saying "Oh, you don't belong here" and carried them like a baby into another room. In the corner stood a vibrating cross of the same white light color as the vehicle and halo. The lady knelt before the cross in silence while holding them. After some time, she stood and waited. From the middle of the cross came an extremely stern voice calling their name: "Go back to your body now and remember that was your last chance." They immediately regained consciousness in the hospital. The experience emphasized themes of judgment, divine authority, and a final warning about some unspecified life issue. The presence of the cross, the halo-wearing guide, and the stern divine voice from the cross all point to Christian symbolism, though the "last chance" warning suggests this may have been related to a suicide attempt or self-destructive behavior.
