Maria was on vacation in Bulgaria when she experienced a miscarriage requiring emergency uterine cleaning surgery. After waiting three days without food or water, she was given what she perceived as an overdose of anesthetic that made her feel like fire killing everything in its way. She felt herself choking and dying, becoming angry at giving her body to incompetent doctors. She then experienced becoming just a voice without a body, feeling shocked but existing in a new state.
