The subject was preparing for a C-section delivery when complications arose during anesthesia. The anesthesiologist had problems with intubation, her larynx went into spasm preventing breathing, and her heart stopped for 12 minutes while her son was still inside her. During this clinical death, she found herself surrounded by different colored lights and warmth, aware she was not in her body. She felt the presence of an all-loving energy (God) who laughingly told her "We must stop meeting this way" and "Look, you keep coming back but it's not your time." She felt tired of life but glad to be "home" in this familiar place of love. After being resuscitated with shocks to the heart, she went into a coma for 10 days. Both she and her son miraculously survived without brain damage, which medical staff could not explain. The experience profoundly changed her perspective on life, leading her to forgive past abuses and find meaning in helping others through psychology, energy healing, and other methods. Years later, the death of her cat Aslan triggered deep emotional healing and release of suppressed tears from childhood trauma.
