An experienced RN suffered a stroke while on vacation in Barcelona and was rushed to the hospital for an angiogram. She then encountered a bright light and met Karen, a former stroke patient she had cared for who had similar paralysis. They communicated telepathically about how the afterlife works, reincarnation based on intention, and her life purpose. She received a life review showing the tapestry of existence and how small acts of kindness had profound impacts she never comprehended. After deciding to return and leaving her original self there, she slammed back into her body with intense pain. She awoke with complete left-side paralysis matching Karen's condition.
