Judith was in the Army and received vaccine injections that damaged her heart, causing 3rd degree AV Block with an average heart rate of 7 beats/minute, requiring a pacemaker. During her third surgery to fix a dislodged pacemaker lead, physicians failed to provide backup pacing. This caused immediate cardiac arrest and clinical death for approximately 3 minutes according to the surgeon. During the arrest, she felt a tug on her chest, heard voices, and experienced falling backwards. She found herself looking at her body from above, almost sitting on her own shoulder. She could see the entire operating room scene - it was dark and extremely peaceful. She remembers thinking everything would be fine and everyone would understand later, with no fear whatsoever. She woke up being wheeled to her room, confused and wanting answers about what happened.
