On November 2, 2018, a woman experienced placenta acreta and inverted uterus after delivering her second child, losing 7.5 liters of blood with 8.5 liters transfused. Twenty minutes after delivery, excruciating pain and rapid blood loss began when the doctor detached the placenta. In terror, she cried out "God please help me!" As she lost consciousness, time stopped and she felt herself slipping backwards while remaining aware. Everything became quiet with immediate peace surpassing all understanding. The freezing cold transformed to warmth and love, all pain ceased, and she felt completely accepting of death, thinking only of the day she accepted Jesus as a child. She told herself there were only two outcomes: dying to be with Jesus or surviving for God's purpose. In the operating room, a masked man with the most beautiful eyes told her "Look at me, Amanda. It is going to be OK." She felt overwhelming love for him. Later, no one could identify this person, and she realized it was Jesus. After waking from surgery and ICU recovery, she experienced angels as shadows bringing peace and felt the power of worldwide prayers. The experience gave her profound purpose, knowing only God's love matters.
