In December 2008, experiencer had emergency hysterectomy due to severe anemia from excessive bleeding. Months later, readmitted with severe pain and infection, slipping in and out of consciousness. After signing forms and seeing family, lost consciousness from pain. Beautiful Beings of Light surrounded them, pain disappeared. One Being stayed close - their Angels. They communicated telepathically. The Light showered incredible love through every cell, like warm fire on cold day. Asked about mom and brother (both deceased), was told they were there but refused to see them, knowing they wouldn't want to leave. Had no body awareness but could see medical equipment, low respiration, high heart rate. Nurses said might not survive the night. Viewed experience like movie with no physical attachment, only incredible love, peace, warmth in beautiful colored Light. Pulled back into body periodically, feeling pain when eyes opened, seeing children or boyfriend, then returning to Angels and warmth. For four days between two worlds while doctors ran tests. Finally, doctor found burst appendix near liver (not in usual location), requiring immediate surgery. The experience brought profound life changes including new life motto, seeing people as connected, understanding choice in death timing, and eventual relationship changes.
