After Middle East deployment in Navy, experiencer developed depression and psychological problems. Despite therapy, medication, and friend support, they attempted suicide by prescription drug overdose. Last memory was taking large doses of medications and laying in barracks bathtub, feeling pulled away as vision went dark. They experienced falling and spinning backward in endless black space. Then witnessed a spiral of emotions, senses, and visions at mind-blistering rate, feeling they were witnessing operation of the spiritual world. The spiral morphed into scenes of every type of violent death, experiencing the pain of thousands of victims as if being slaughtered repeatedly. After eternity of horror, everything stopped in a state devoid of anything - no self, light, darkness, or feeling. Warmth then came through them as darkness washed away in pure bright white glow. They felt their spirit being placed back in body with pleasure throughout. They recounted positive life moments and felt unwavering eternal love from a being above. This being showed them how amazing and fulfilling life can be through another spiral introducing all purest feelings, leaving them content and full of joy. They awoke in Naval Medical Center two weeks later after being in coma, with mother and grandmother at bedside. The aftereffects cannot be fully expressed in words.
