In Spring 2020, a woman experiencing severe kidney stone pain was brought to the emergency room during COVID-19 quarantine, alone at 1 AM. After multiple doses of Fentanyl throughout the night failed to control her pain, she experienced a life-threatening overdose. She watched her vital signs dropping on the monitor - blood pressure, pulse, and respiration all falling - and knew she was dying alone. After crying out "God Save Me," she felt her soul ripped from her body.
