A woman experiencing a miscarriage took medication to induce abortion of the fetus but suffered severe complications with excessive bleeding. After passing out at home, she was taken by ambulance to the ER where she continued bleeding excessively and lost consciousness 4-5 more times. Each episode became progressively more intense, with her body heating up and comforting warmth taking over. Events accelerated like roller coaster dreams within minutes. During her final loss of consciousness, she fell into the deepest, warmest, most comfortable state, far from the hospital bed and the stresses of her body, grief from miscarriage, and pandemic concerns. She found herself in a dark tunnel sloping uphill toward bright light where her deceased father, who had died 7 months earlier, stood with outstretched hand. He communicated through thoughts rather than words, offering support in the most welcoming way. She felt immense comfort seeing him and was lulled by his presence, wanting to follow him up through the tunnel. He didn't try to convince her but was simply supportive. When she realized what this meant, she decided she wasn't ready to let go of life - her family, especially her young son, still needed her. She shook her head saying she wasn't ready, which he understood, and then she returned to consciousness. The experience provided comfort about her father's continued presence and gave her reassurance about love on Earth and possibly beyond, strengthening her connection to her life purpose.
