In September 2018, a woman experiencing severe depression and alcohol abuse admitted herself to the ER, sensing something was seriously wrong. Her body went into cardiac arrest twice due to alcohol-related complications. She bled excessively and lost consciousness 4-5 times, with each episode becoming progressively more intense. She shouted not to be there anymore and returned to her body. When her heart stopped the second time, she floated atop a mountain, her hands touching it as she ascended. At the summit, she was greeted by her deceased grandparents in a beautiful setting. A pattern appeared in the ground, and she felt ultimate joy and love while taking deep breaths and peering over the mountaintop. Her grandmother told her to go back down the mountain. She spent a week in a coma, existing between both worlds. Later in ICU, she experienced a déjà vu episode that repeated six times with no control over time or events, feeling she was about to die. A nurse sensed her instability and helped her return to reality. The dual experiences of a suffering realm and a beautiful mountaintop with deceased relatives reflect both warning and comfort, demonstrating the reality of different spiritual destinations.
