On February 20, 2013, a woman with Myasthenia Gravis was finishing her first plasmapheresis treatment when the nurse removing the IJC catheter from her jugular made a critical error. While teaching a new nurse, she switched hands because her arm got tired, allowing air to enter directly into the patient's brain. The patient felt bubbling throughout her body, then experienced leaving her body from legs upward. She never felt her body fall back though she was sitting up initially. In her mind she screamed about not wanting to leave her children, having had conflict with her mother for six months. She heard a voice say "ALL WILL BE AS IT SHOULD" accompanied by indescribable peace and love. She found herself in endless darkness, floating without weight, pain, or time - experiencing both 100 years and a split second simultaneously. When she asked why it was dark and where she was going, the voice said "You're not allowed to see because you wouldn't want to fight." A 35mm film appeared showing her entire life from childhood to death, reliving each frame with complete understanding. Those who loved her provided peace and relief from thirst and hunger. She saw her mother and reconciled, then was directed to her car to enjoy driving. Suddenly she felt her body burning with peaceful, protective flames. She opened her eyes to find her neighbor and paramedics who had been declaring her dead after 23-25 minutes. Her neighbor had a prophetic dream about fire, found the locked door mysteriously open, and called for help. A neurologist happened to be nearby for the resuscitation.
