Twenty-one years later at age 26, she experienced a second NDE during a seven-and-half-week ectopic pregnancy with twins. While being wheeled to an examining room, she felt faint and nauseous. Suddenly she was propelled through a tunnel like a rocket into space with loud noise and rough, bumpy movement. She emerged standing amid total bright light before a row of seated people, with one central figure she knew was God, though she could only perceive shadows. Communication occurred heart-to-heart without voices. She argued with God, demanding to return for her three young boys, even bargaining that if God saw they'd be better off without her, she would accept death. The experience ended with the nurse's voice interrupting, seemingly unaware anything had occurred. The next morning revealed her abdomen filled with internal bleeding up to her chest from the ruptured ectopic pregnancy. Family was called to make funeral arrangements before emergency surgery, described as the largest ectopic pregnancy the hospital had seen. Both experiences left her feeling unnoticed during critical moments, yet profoundly impacted her spiritual understanding. She negotiated directly with divine presence for her life, demonstrating maternal determination to return for her children's sake.
