On March 28, 1989, a mother driving with her three children crashed into a parked semi-truck on the Ohio Turnpike. The impact caused cardiac contusions and abnormal heart rhythms, leading to loss of consciousness. During her NDE, she experienced pitch darkness with a warm, comforting presence surrounding her. She was instantly given total and absolute knowledge about everything in the universe - physics, astronomy, psychology, medicine, and all aspects of how physical and spiritual worlds operate. This omniscient state filled her with electrifying elation and joy at possessing ultimate Truth. When rescue personnel awakened her, she felt distressed as all the divine knowledge rapidly evaporated. She could not remember the crash itself. Tragically, her two older children, Lauren (7) and Ryan (10), both suffered brain injuries and died from the accident. The experience transformed her from being religious to deeply spiritual, finding solace in NDEs and the belief that her children exist in a spiritual realm. Multiple premonitions preceded the tragedy, including the children's sudden interest in finding a church, disturbing visions, and her own sense of impending doom. She now works as a pediatrician, seeing God in newborns' eyes daily, and believes the precognitions were attempts from the spiritual world to interact with the physical world.
